I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, supporting people in Edinburgh and online. Alongside this, I am an Executive Coach, working in the Education Technology sector.
My therapy practice draws from Psychodynamic, Existential and Humanistic principles. I hold a Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling and MBACP membership.
I work with people from all backgrounds, with varying needs, having trained within the NHS, Nafsiyat Intercultural Therapy Centre and Headstrong Counselling.
No experience is too shocking or too small to bring to our sessions. I offer a space for you to reflect and begin to address the difficulties you are experiencing in your life.
As a therapist, I work conscientiously within the BACP Ethical Framework at all times to uphold the highest moral standards for every client.
As a person of colour and BAATN member, I have a particular interest in exploring how race, class and culture can shape a persons experience of themselves, others and the world. Explore my blog here.
